Teema: Re - Election of the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo
Dear Colleagues,
It is my pleasure to inform you that today in the Administrative Session held on 22 May 2018, pursuant to Article 114, paragraph 5, of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, the Judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo have voted the current President of the Court, Mrs. Arta Rama-Hajrizi, to serve for another term as President of the Constitutional Court.
President Rama-Hajrizi will commence her new term as President of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo on 26 June 2018, when her first mandate will expire.
The mandate of the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo is three years.
I would be grateful if you could inform your President and the Judges of your esteemed Courts about these changes.
