With a view to streamlining the preparation of the documents for the Colloquium, it would be very helpful if the answers to the enclosed questionnaire could be returned to the Secretariat ([email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> ) by Friday 25 May 2018. Sending your replies to the questionnaire by this date would be very helpful to prepare the Introductory Report to be established thereafter by First President Giovanni Mammone. The second theme of the Karlsruhe Colloquium will bear on "Comparative law in practice and the jurisprudence of supreme courts". A questionnaire will also be sent to you shortly. Practical information concerning the Colloquium will be communicated later.
