On the behalf of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia, we would like hereby to inform you that due to reaching the constitutionally stipulated age limit - Dr Gagik HARUTYUNYAN, President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia, has officially resigned from the office.
Accordingly, on 21 March 2018 the National Assembly (the Parliament) of the Republic of Armenia elected Mr. Hrayr TOVMASYAN as the President of the Constitutional Court of Armenia.
We would appreciate for your assistance in transmitting the above stated information to Chairman and judges/members of your Courts/Council. The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia is gladly looking forward to our further interaction and for the new opportunities for cooperation.
