Lugupeetud lepingu täitja
Anname teada, et oleme Teie selgituse tarnega hilinemise osas kätte
saanud. Hankija nõustub osatarnetega ehk tahvelarvutid koos klaasidega
palun hankijale üle anda lepingus sätestatud tähtajal ning laadijad koos
adapteritega hiljemalt 17.12.2025.
Ühtlasi selgitame, et loeme seda täiendavaks kohustuse täitmise tähtajaks
tulenevalt võlaõigusseaduse § 114 lõikest 1.

Lugupeetud hankija,
Kirjutame seoses hankelepingu „AS Atea_301576“ tarne planeerimisega.
Praeguseks oleme kätte saanud Surface tahvlid ning kaitseklaasid, mille
paigaldamisega alustame koheselt.
Kahjuks selgus, et Microsoft ei suuda kõiki aksessuaare sama tarnega
toimetada. Seetõttu jõuavad ülejäänud 90 tk laadijaid ja 200 tk MS Travel
Hub adaptereid kohale alles detsembri keskpaigaks.
Lisan juurde Microsofti poolse seletuse ning kinnituse, et meie
ettevalmistused põhinesid nende edastatud infol.
Kas hankija oleks valmis pikendama tähtaega kahe nädala võrra, kuni
17.12.2025, et saaksime tagada komplektide tarne koos kõikide lisadega?
Kohe, kui saame adapterid kätte, paneme ka need viivitamata teele.
Täname mõistva suhtumise eest ja vabandame tekkinud ebamugavuste pärast.
Oleme valmis arutama täiendavaid lahendusi, et tagada sujuv koostöö.
