The Estonian Maritime Administration has reviewed the S‐65 Publication "ENCs: Production, Maintenance and
Distribution Guidance" for alignment with the WEND Principles and Guidelines as amended (action item HSSC7/32)
and the initial draft document sent.
We agree with proposed changes in the draft, for other comments to the draft please see attached document S‐
65_Comments_Composite_EE.doc

Dear ENCWG members,
The 7th Hydrographic Services and Standards Committee (HSSC) meeting tasked the ENCWG "to review S‐65 for
alignment with the WEND Principles and Guidelines as amended" (action item HSSC7/32). The vice Chair (Mikko
Hovi) and I have have produced an initial review draft of the document in which the WEND principles have been
updated. We have also made a few minor amendments to improve the text.
I have attached clean and marked up (redline) version of the edited new document. You are kindly request to review
the document and submit any corrections or clarifications to me (before the 28th of July) on the attached comment
sheet.
