If yes, would you mind answering the following questions? 1. How many fishing vessels are in Estonia’s fleet? Of those, how many are VMS‐equipped? 2. Is it required that all of the vessels carry VMS beacons? If not, which vessels are required? 3. What legislation details the VMS specifications and regulations Estonia must follow? 4. Does Estonia already have a VMS solution in place? 5. If yes to #4, what is the name of the company who provides the solution and what is the name of the product?
