-864235 -144145 0 0 Eutelsat Your 22.03.2017 Our 24.04.17 nr 18-1/17-0497-002 Reply to Eutelsat letter Dear Marion Petitjean , The Estonian National Regulatory Authority has a neutral position concerning the subject described in Your letter dated 22.03. 2017 . In compliance with the Commission’s Decision on harmonisation of 2 GH z spectrum across EU the 2 GHz spectrum in Estonia it is allocated to MSS including CGC services. Since the Commission has not given an opinion that Inmarsat’s use of the 2 GHz spectrum for air-to-ground (ATG) services contradict s with the Decision we are in the position that Inmarsat is one of the winners of Competition and has a right to apply for frequency authorisations for the 2GHz band in Estonia .
