In case we don’t plan to iterate with the crypto currency directly but use the authorised payment platform for these operations (i.e. eu.embily.com), will we still be required to receive the license for crypto currency operations? In other words, our legal entity will not process any crypto assets directly but will use the intermediary certified payment platform for these purposes. I’m Stepan, CFO of the Siberian capital. Our company’s main course of business is development of the software and usage of such software for the purpose of trading on financial markets. We have two business streams (let’s say Stream A and Stream B). Streams are divided based on the types of operations they run. Within the restructuring process our company decided to register company in Estonia. We understand that to be able to convert fiat currency into crypto and reverse we need to receive the crypto license. We plan to open the physical office in Estonia and open the bank account in the local bank. Thus making the company Estonian resident. It would be much appreciated if you could help us to understand the process of the licensing. What are the steps and requirements here?
