Requested_information: Dear Madam or Sir,I would kindly ask you to tell me where I can find
information which number ranges are allocated to the different operators in Estonia. Is there a database
where this can be derived from? We observed that termination rates in Estonia are very heterogeneous
as on the lower end for some mobile operators the MTR is around 1ct/Min whereas one operator
(TopConnect)charges 19 ct/Min. What is the background for this big difference? Are there different
regulatory regimes how mobile operators are regulated in Estonia?With Kind RegardsReinhard Kahlen
