I`m Igors a representative of a company DiGas Ltd. that has developed and is deploying dual-fuel
systems that enable locomotive operators to decrease fuel costs and comply with new emission
standards (see presentation attached). During the last 2 years our R&D team was able to tailor our
proven & unique dual fuel technology to locomotive applications. The product allows to convert
locomotive�s diesel engines to dual fuel mode (simultaneous injection of diesel & natural gas) in the
most cost effective way enabling locomotive operators to capitalize on cheap, clean and abundant
natural gas fuel.
Currently we have obtained SME Phase 1 financing that involves our obligation to perform feasibility
study of EU market, namely EU member state diesel locomotive fleet.
As your institution is a National Registration Vehicle for railway locomotive fleet operating in your
country it would be great if you could share some information with us, namely:
* Registered diesel locomotive model > year of construction > operator
Your information would greatly help us with our research.
