Saatja: Riina Tamm Saatmisaeg: 7. veebruar 2017. a. 11:39 Adressaat: 'Antonsson, Roger' Teema: EPBD and Nordic-Baltic Mobility and Network Programme study visit Dear Sir, I have been writing to you according to EPBD, but this time about Nordic-Baltic Mobility and Network Programme for Public Administration (http://www.norden.ee/en/about-us/funding/mobility- programme-for-public-administration). This program gives us an opportunity to visit two Nordic countries for exchange of experiences in the field of what we have in common. Looking Boverket web page and our previous correspondence, the fields that might be common are: - Energy performance in buildings - Construction product certification and market surveillance - Construction process - Lifts, cableways and boilers I would like to know if it would be possible for you to be our hosts in connection with the above mentioned program. All associated costs would be financed by Estonian Technical Regulatory Authority and the Nordic Council. Our study visit would take place during 2017, preferably in September or October or 2018, preferably February or March. Our specialists (3-4 people) will visit you during three days of your own convenience. If it would be possible for you to receive our delegation please let us know your initial decision by 10th of March, as we must make preliminary arrangements with the Nordic Council. The final decision, if our project would be successful and we were able to visit, is made in May 2017. Because of the wide range of fields, I understand if I need to send more formal letter to your supervisor, just let me know. If you have any additional questions I am glad to provide answers. And if you are interested of visiting us, you are welcome. I am participating next week the CA-EPBD meeting in Malta.
