Additional information: Robert Bosch España has reported that it received the information from its head office in
Germany, the withdrawal measures were initiated in Spain on 14 December 2016, and
a letter and posters were given to distributors to be displayed on their premises, because
the item had been sold in retail. A safety notice was thus displayed on the Web page,
providing a free telephone line for consumer information. A copy of the notices has been
attached.

eelteavitussüsteemi kaudu laekunud ohuteate A12/0402/17 võimalikuks järelevalveks ja
tagasisideks.
Tarbijakaitseamet selgitab, et RAPEX süsteemi kaudu teavitamise kord (Euroopa Komisjoni otsus
2010/15) näeb liikmesriigil ette vastusteadete saatmist.
Võimalik tagasiside Eestis leitud toodete ja rakendatud meetmete osas (toodete arv, rakendatud
meetmed, meetme rakendaja, rakendamise alguskuupäev) edastage Tarbijakaitseametile 12. aprilliks
2017, aadressile
