Dear Madam/Sir,
I am Reka Szolnoki, working for ITSH (member of T-Systems International GmbH ,the affiliate of the Deutsche
Telekom Group in Germany.) For the moment me and my colleagues at T-Systems are working intensively on
founding a Branch office into your country. We would like to clarify whether the planned activities of this Branch
office will be subject to a registration as provider of electronic communications services or networks in your country ,
Republic of Estonia .
On the official web-page of the Estonian Technical Regulatory Authority we found that this is the official E-mail
address where we can submit our questions.
Could you please confirm that we are addressed the right person / department and in case not, than could you please
suggest us the right contact person who is able to help us regarding notification/registration issues? It would be
beneficial if an English speaking colleague could take over our query.
