Mesdames et Messieurs les Présidents et les Juges en Chef,
Monsieur le Secrétaire Général Rémy Schwartz adresse ses plus sincères remerciements aux vingt-cinq juridictions qui ont proposé d’accueillir un magistrat dans le cadre du programme d’échanges 2026 organisé par l’AIHJA suivant l'appel à candidature adressé le 20 janvier dernier.
Vous trouverez ci-joint le formulaire de candidature destiné aux magistrats de vos juridictions qui souhaiteraient prendre part à ce programme. Nous vous prions de bien vouloir veiller aux éléments suivants :
* Seuls trois magistrats issus d’une même juridiction membre peuvent, au maximum, se porter candidats ;
* Les candidatures doivent impérativement être adressées au secrétariat de l’AIHJA, au plus tard le vendredi 20 mars 2026, assorties de votre avis favorable ;
* Il est impératif que les magistrats candidats maîtrisent les langues de travail des juridictions choisies et que la date de stage envisagée soit compatible avec les disponibilités de la juridiction hôte ;
* Les magistrats retenus s’engagent à honorer l’intégralité de la période de stage convenue et à transmettre à son issue un rapport de stage au Secrétariat de l’AIHJA.
S’agissant des frais :
* L’AIHJA procèdera directement à l’achat des titres de transport permettant aux magistrats de rejoindre la ville de la juridiction hôte depuis la capitale de leur Etat d’origine ;
* Les frais de séjour seront partagés entre l’Association et la juridiction d’origine du magistrat. Le montant forfaitaire de l’indemnité allouée est calculé selon un barème établi par le ministère français des Finances. Quelques jour avant le départ du magistrat, l’Association lui versera la moitié de cette somme destinée à couvrir les frais d’hébergement et de restauration dans le pays d’accueil. L’autre moitié de la somme restera à la charge de la juridiction d’origine.
Le Secrétariat de l’Association demeure à votre disposition pour toute information complémentaire.

Secretary General Rémy Schwartz would like to express his sincere thanks to the twenty-five jurisdictions that have offered to host a magistrate as part of the 2026 exchange program organized by the IASAJ following the call for applications issued on January 20.
Please find attached the application form for magistrates in your jurisdictions who would like to take part in this program. Please note the following:
* Only three magistrates from the same member jurisdiction may apply.
* Applications must be sent to the AIHJA secretariat by Friday, March 20, 2026, with your express permission and through the official channels.
* It is essential that candidates are proficient in the working languages of the chosen courts and that the internship period is compatible with the host court's availability.
* The selected magistrates undertake to complete the entire agreed internship period and to submit an internship report to the IASAJ Secretariat at the end of the internship.
With regard to expenses:
* The IASAJ will directly purchase the tickets enabling magistrates to travel to the host court's city from the capital of their home state.
* Accommodation costs will be shared between the Association and the candidate’s jurisdiction of origin. The lump sum allowance is calculated according to a scale established by the French Ministry of Finance. A few days before the magistrate's departure, the Association will transfer them half of this amount to cover accommodation and meal expenses in the host country. The other half of the amount will be paid by the jurisdiction of origin.
