Dear Representatives of the Secretariat of the Constitutional Court,
The Organizing Committee of the Lawyers’ Forum “Kharkiv – Unbroken 2026” presents its compliments and respectfully requests your kind assistance in extending an invitation to one of the distinguished judges of the Constitutional Court to participate as a speaker at our event.
The Forum will take place on 14 May 2026 in an online format and will bring together representatives of the judiciary, lawyers, scholars, and human rights advocates to discuss current issues related to the rule of law, the protection of human rights, and the development of legal standards in the face of contemporary challenges.
It would be a great honor for us to welcome a representative of the Constitutional Court with a presentation dedicated to current trends in constitutional justice, judicial independence, and the role of judicial institutions in strengthening the rule of law.
We kindly ask you to consider recommending and nominating a judge for participation in the Forum. Upon your confirmation of the speaker’s candidacy, we would be pleased to send a personal invitation addressed to him or her.
