[A képen szöveg, hal látható Automatikusan generált leírás] REGISTRATION FOR PARTICIPATION [cid:[email protected]][cid:[email protected]]COMPETITION LAB FOR JUDGES ON ABUSE OF DOMINANCE Budapest, Hungary 14-15 May 2026 Dear Applicants, We are pleased to share the registration details to the upcoming Competition Lab for Judges organised by the OECD-GVH Regional Centre for Competition in Budapest (RCC), which will take place on 14-15 May 2026 in Budapest, Hungary. The seminar will receive funding from the European Commission. The upcoming seminar will explore the key substantive and procedural developments in abuse of dominance cases under EU competition law. It will provide attendees with a comprehensive analytical framework for assessing abusive practices, focusing on the core concepts: abuse and dominance. Particular attention will be given to specific forms of abuse, including refusal to deal, exclusivity arrangements, exclusivity payments, bundling, tying and excessive pricing. The discussions will substantially draw on EU case law to illustrate the evolution and practical application of these principles. Moreover, special emphasis will be placed on the assessment of evidence in the context of judicial review.
