After you have joined X-tee send us application for opening services in test and dev environment
(application is attached).
Prior testing and signing a contract with RIK is needed before opening the services in the live
environment.
An authorisation for providing company services is needed to sign a contract with RIK (Money
Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act §52).
Estonian ID-card and Mobile-ID, e-residency card, Lithuanian Mobile-ID, Latvian ID-cars are accepted.

My name is Jane, I am the CPO at Enty.
We are currently developing a solution for international entrepreneurs to help them manage all their
back-office operations online.
Surely, we would like to allow them opening their companies through our interface.
We have already joined the X-tee and would like to set up the agreement with the company registration
portal as well. Please let us know which is the right way to proceed here to start using the Company
Registration API?
I also have another question, that will help our developers. Can you let us know, that signatures are
accepted, when using the API?
I know for sure e-residency cards and Estonian eIDs are accepted. What about Mobile IDs? Can our
users sign the API requests with them?
Can any other Baltic IDs be used to sigh the request of company registration via API?
Thanks a lot for your time, very keen on starting using all of the great automated services Estonian
government provides!
