The Conference will be held in Chișinău on 24 April 2026 and will focus on “The Future of the ‘Marketplace of Ideas’ Amid the Rise of the Internet, Fake News, and AI: Challenges for the Constitutional Courts.” The event will explore how constitutional courts can respond to the impact of digital platforms, misinformation, and artificial intelligence on freedom of expression and democratic public debate. Participants are encouraged to plan their arrival in Chișinău on Thursday, 23 April 2026, and depart on 25/26 April 2026.
