Taotlus

Hr Ivar Janson Riigi Kaitseinvesteeringute Keskus Järve tn 34a, 01 . 0 4 .202 2 11314, Tallinn Raam lepingu nr 2-2/ 21 / 215 muutmise taotlus Lugupeetud härra Janson Riigi Kaitseinvesteeringute Keskus ( registrikood 7000 9764, edaspidi ka RKIK ) ja Baltic Defence & Technology OÜ ( registrikood 12321258, edaspidi ka BDT ) sõlmisid 09 . 0 4 .20 21 raam lepingu nr 2-2/ 2 1/ 215 , mille esemeks oli Leopard 1 toetustankide remondi- ja hooldusteenuse pakkumine Kaitseväe le. Vastavalt sõlmitud raam lepingu punktile nr 3.2.1 on pooltel õigus peale 12 kuu möödumist alates Lepingu sõlmimisest, kohandada lepingus fikseeritud hindu Eesti Statistikaameti poolt avaldatud tarbijahinnaindeksi muutuse ulatuses või pooltest sõltumatute, ettenägematute asjaolude tõttu . BDT tuvastas Eesti Statistikaameti kodulehelt, et ajavahemikus 20 20 detsember kuni 20 21 detsember tõusis Eesti tarbijahinnaindeks 12 , 2 % . Käesoleva aasta märtsi ja aprilli kohta ei ole tarbijahinnaindeksi muutuse andmeid veel esitatud, mistõttu lähtusime pakkumuse esitamise tähtajast.
