Soovime infot tegevusloaga seonduva osas
1) Meil on klient, kes omab virtuaalvääringu teenuse tegevusluba. Klient otsustab firma
likvideerida. Kuidas, kas ning millal peab klient teavitama sellest Rahapesu andmebürood?
2) Kui ühingu rahapesu tõkestamise kontaktisik on teavitanud Rahapesu andmebürood oma soovist
enda andmete eemaldamiseks majandustegevusregistris, siis kas Rahapesu andmebüroo teeb
ühingule teate puuduste kõrvaldamiseks? Kui klient soovib ühingu likvideerida, siis kas sellisel
juhul tuleb kliendil oodata selle teate saamist või saab/peab ta teavitama Rahapesu
andmebürood likvideerimise soovist enne teate saamist? Kuidas on sellises olukorras
ühingupoolne korrektne käitumise protseduur?
