Meie poole pöördus üks Eesti ettevõte sooviga taotleda virtuaalteenuse pakkuja
tegevusluba, kuid nende ärimudelist tulenevalt pole päris selge, kas see on ettevõtte
soovitud teenuste pakkumiseks kõige sobivam.
Ärimudel:
We gather money from our community members in crypto and fund crypto projects in
exchange for future tokens and take a commission in percentage from each member
who participates. We do not manage their funds nor pick the projects for them, we
offer regular deals and they can accept or refuse per deal.
Company is a community-based decentralized VC where people need to buy our
token in order to join one of our investment groups (4 groups, based on how many
tokens the user holds).
The process is the following: We negotiate a deal with a project and get an allocation
of a certain amount. We first send a form to all the investors to know who is
interested in the project and for which amount.
Once it’s confirmed with the project, we open the contribution : we send another form
containing the address we own that people need to send the funds to (in
USDC/USDT). We then sign the SAFT (contract for the future tokens), send the
money to the project, take our fees and distribute the tokens when we receive them.

Küsimus tekkis seetõttu, et ettevõte hoiab projekti saatmisel kliendi vara ajutiselt
enda valduses.
