Kirjutan kahe küsimusega, mis puudutab RABilt finantseerimisasutuse tegevusloa taotlemist.
1) Kas riigilõiv ühise taotluse jaoks ema- ja tütarühingule (RahaPTS § 70 lg 4) jääb samaks? S.t kas lõivustatud
on ühine taotlus või iga ühingu luba eraldi?
2) Kas taotlusega esitatavad ühingu AML sisedokumendid (need, mis on toodud RahaPTS § 70 lg 3 p -s 5)
võivad olla ka inglise keeles?
