Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Maria Cristina Fintoc, I am from Romania and I am a judge at the Court of Appeal of Bucharest. I’m writing you about the bilateral exchanges organised by the European Judicial Training Network. In a bilateral exchange, groups of judges, prosecutors or court/prosecution staff from the same court or prosecution office spend one week in a court or prosecution office in another EU Member State to exchange experiences and best practices on a specific topic of common interest.
