Oleksime väga tänulikud, kui saaksite juuresoleva pakkumise (saksa ja inglise keeles) ning registreerimisdokumendi edastada võimalikele huvilistele ning meile 30. juuniks kandidaatidest teada anda (osaleda saab maks. 2 osavõtjat iga programmis osaleva riigi kohta). Ootame samaks kuupäevaks taotlusi Word või PDF formaadis koos pildi ja allkirjaga. Täidetav taotlus on manuses, palume seda mitte elektrooniliselt allkirjastada! Taotlusele tuleks lisada ka vastav tunnistus/tõend saksa keele oskuse kohta, kui see on olemas. Oleks soovitatav, et kandidaadid oleksid pigem nooremapoolsed, kuid samas omaksid juba mõneaastast tööalast kogemust. Kuna hospitatsioon/külastused toimuksid erinevates kohalikes kohtutes ning prokuratuurides, siis peaksid kandidaadid olema tegevad võrreldaval tasemel. Eduka osalemise vältimatuks eelduseks on (väga) hea saksa keele oskus tava- ja erialasel tasemel. Selleks viime kandidaatidega saatkonnas vajadusel läbi põgusa vestluse saksa keeles. Sihtasutus kannab kõik kulud, välja arvatud reisikulud Tallinnast Saksamaale ja tagasi Tallinnasse. A very good command of the German language is essential for the participation in the internship programme. The internship programme for the judges for civil and commercial cases and for the criminal-court judges and public prosecutors will take place from 17 November to 4 December 2020. The arrival of the participants is scheduled for 17 November 2020. During the period from 18 - 21 November an introductory course will take place in Königswinter near Bonn. Depending on their field of specialisation, the participants will at times deal with civil and criminal law issues in separate working groups. On 22 November the participants will travel to the respective locations where the internships will take place. During the period from 23 November to 1 December the participants will have the opportunity to get to know the practice of their German colleagues and to exchange views and experiences. For the judges for civil and commercial cases the internships will take place at local and regional courts, for criminal-court judges and public prosecutors the internships will be organised at local and regional courts and at public prosecutors’ offices. On 2 December the participants will travel back to Königswinter, where an evaluation seminar will be held on 3 December. The return to the home countries is scheduled for 4 December 2020. The organisers will provide the participants with the following benefits: - free board and lodging during the seminars in Königswinter - travel costs from Königswinter to the place of internship and from there back to Königswinter - free accommodation (depending on availability in a host family or a boarding house) during the internship period - a monetary subsistence allowance for necessary expenditures during the internship period in the amount of 250 € The travel costs to and from Germany have to be borne by the participants. It is intended to provide one place for a civil/commercial judge and one place for a criminal judge/public prosecutor per participating country. In case that there will be vacancies in the programme if invited countries do not nominate candidates, a second place for a civil/commercial judge or for a criminal judge/public prosecutor may be granted. For any questions concerning the trainee programme please contact Ms Andrea Vitzthum (IRZ; Phone: ++49 / 228 / 9555 – 120, email: [email protected] ). 2 Multilaterales Hospitationsprogramm 2020: Deutschsprachige Zivil- /Handelsrichter und Strafrichter/Staatsanwälte Programmbeschreibung Die IRZ plant auch 2020 gemeinsam mit dem Deutschen Richterbund und den Landesjustiz- verwaltungen der Bundesrepublik Deutschland Hospitationen für deutschsprachige Zivil- und Handelsrichter sowie für Strafrichter und Staatsanwälte. Für die Teilnahme sind gute bis sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse unbedingt erforderlich. Die Anreise der Zivil- und Handelsrichter sowie der Strafrichter und Staatsanwälte nach Königswinter ist für den 17. November 2020 vorgesehen. In der Zeit vom 18.11. bis 20.11. wird in Königswinter ein Einführungslehrgang stattfinden. In zeitweise getrennten Arbeitsgruppen werden die Teilnehmer je nach fachlicher Ausrichtung ausgewählte Themen des Zivil- und Zivilprozessrechts bzw. des Straf- und Strafprozessrechts behandeln. Sonntag, der 22.11., ist der Transfertag in die Hospitationsorte. Sodann werden die Teilnehmer in der Zeit vom 23.11. bis 01.12. Gelegenheit haben, die Praxis ihrer deutschen Kollegen kennen zu lernen und sich mit ihnen auszutauschen. Für die Zivil- und Handelsrichter wird die Hospitation bei Amts- und Landgerichten stattfinden, für die Strafrichter und Staatsanwälte bei Amts- und Landgerichten und bei Staatsanwaltschaften. Am Mittwoch, den 02.12., reisen die Teilnehmer wieder nach Königswinter, wo am 03.12. ein Auswertungsseminar stattfinden wird. Die Heimreise ist für den 4. Dezember 2020 vorgesehen. Die Veranstalter stellen den Teilnehmern folgende Leistungen zur Verfügung: - Kostenfreie Unterkunft und Verpflegung während der Seminare in Königswinter - Fahrtkosten von Königswinter zum Hospitationsort und vom Hospitationsort nach Königswinter - Kostenfreie Unterkunft am Hospitationsort (je nach organisatorischen Möglichkeiten Unterbringung in einer Gastfamilie oder in einer Pension) - Zahlung eines Zuschusses zum Lebensunterhalt für den Hospitationszeitraum in Höhe von 250 € Die Kosten für die An- und Abreise von und nach Deutschland müssen von den Teilnehmern selbst getragen werden. Es wird angestrebt, den teilnehmenden Ländern je einen Platz für einen Zivil- /Handelsrichter und für einen Strafrichter/ Staatsanwalt zur Verfügung zu stellen. Wenn aus einzelnen Ländern keine Teilnehmerbenennung erfolgt und noch freie Plätze im Programm zur Verfügung stehen sollten, kann gegebenenfalls ein weiterer Zivil-/Handelsrichter bzw. ein weiterer Strafrichter/ Staatsanwalt aus einem Land teilnehmen.
