Dear Sir/ Madam,
easyJet is continuing to plan for all potential Brexit outcomes, to ensure we can maintain our network for
passengers and meet the EU�s objective that Brexit will not disrupt connectivity for EU citizens.
This is particularly important given the potential risk of a no deal Brexit, and the actions that our airlines will need
to take as a result of this. easyJet UK is a UK licenced airline (AOC number GB2448 and Operating Licence number
OL/A/623) and has schedules planned for 30 March 2019 and Summer 2019 for flights in to Estonia.
The proposed EU Regulation �on common rules ensuring basic air connectivity with regard to the withdrawal of
the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from the Union� sets out a requirement that UK
licenced airlines submit their schedules for each season 30 days in advance of operations commencing. This is a
requirement in Article 7 (1) of the latest draft. While this Regulation has not yet become EU law, we would like to
ensure that easyJet UK is in compliance with any potential requirements.
Consequently, please find attached easyJet UK�s scheduled operations for 30 March 2019 and the onward
Summer 2019 schedules.
The Regulation does not require TCO approval to be submitted as part of this notification, and we understand from
EASA that TCO approval will only be valid from 30 March, once the UK leaves the EU. However, we will share with
you any notification we receive from EASA in relation to our TCO approval when we receive it.

UK.
