Taking into account Regulation (EU) 2019/502, please send the application for an operating authorisation (article 10 of Regulation 2019/502) to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications containing the following documents:  operating licence (OL),  air operator certificate (AOC). The application should be sent to [email protected] and [email protected]. As soon as the Ministry has issued the authorisation, Estonian CAA will extend the approval for S19 flight schedule.
