Lugupeetud elektrienergia müüjad (e-maili aadressid võetud MTR-i keskkonnast) Konkurentsiamet tegi 13.03.2023 otsuse, millega anti usaldusmärgis Go OÜ hallatavale võrdlemisvahendile www.elektrihind.ee. Seose eeltooduga juhime tähelepanu, et elektrituruseaduse § 821 lõike 2 kohaselt müüja teavitab tarbijat kõigist kättesaadavatest usaldusmärgisega võrdlemisvahenditest elektrimüügi arvel. Palume edaspidi selle nõudega arvestada ning kõikidel arvetel nõutud infomatsioon kajastada. Kui elektrimüüja ei kajasta järgmisel tarbijale saadetaval arvel vastavat informatsiooni, siis palun teavitada Konkurentsiametit, millal elektrimüüja seadusest tulenevat nõuet täidab.
