Avalduse ja otsuse näidisvormide kehtestamine kaubamärgi rahvusvahelise registreeringu
teenuste ja kaupade loetelu piirangu kehtetuse kohta
Käskkiri kehtestatakse justiitsministri 28.01.2016 määruse nr 5 „Patendiameti põhimäärus“ § 15
punkti 3 ja „Märkide rahvusvahelise registreerimise Madridi kokkuleppe protokolli reeglistiku“ reeglite
27(5) ja 27 (5)(e) alusel.
Kaubamärgiosakonna töö paremaks korraldamiseks:
1. Kinnitan näidisvormid avalduse (lisa 1) ja otsuse (lisa 2) kohta, kui kaubamärgi
rahvusvahelise registreeringu teenuste ja kaupade loetelu piirang on kehtetu.
2. Volitan punktis 1 nimetatud vormidele alla kirjutama kaubamärgiosakonna vanemeksperdi
ja peaeksperdi.
3. Käesolev käskkiri kehtib tagasiulatuvalt alates 01.01.2024.

Please note that if the owner of the registration fails to respond by the due date, the limitation
of the list of goods and/or services will not have effect in Estonia (section 50² subsection 2 of
the Estonian Trademark Act).
